After my dear friend Adam was diagnosed with cancer, I shaved my head in support, and kept it that way for about six months or so. It was then that he switched treatments and his hair started growing back. And I let mine grow too, with the plan to eventually donate it for a wig for a kid battling cancer. After about two and a half years, the time came! If you’d like to donate your hair, please check out this wonderful organization based in Canada: A Child’s Voice Foundation http://www.achildsvoicefoundation.ca/index.html

Hey! Super cool! …
Hey! Super cool! Thanks for sharing that. Good luck, and remember to not dye your hair as you grow it; most places don’t take hair that has been chemically treated.

I’ve never heard …
I’ve never heard about hair donation. After watching your video, I googled about it. I found out that there is a hair donation program in S.Korea. So I also would donate my hair. I love your new hair, by the way.
