Clothing Cures is a unique organization run by four, high school girls trying to make a difference. We collect clothing donations, then sell the clothing and give the proceeds to underprivileged people in Malawi. We really hope to improve the lives of others through this process and give back in a creative way.
For our thrift event on April 10th, we needed a lot of hangers for the hundreds of clothes that are going to be sold. Since we had no money, we turned to local laundry mats to donate any hangers that they could. Thank you Park Slope laundry mats for helping Clothing Cures so much!
