One deserving family will get the surprise of their life as the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (EM:HE) team comes knocking on their door to inform them of the news. While the name of the family and the location of the site cannot be released until January 7, 2010, the project is underway and the wheels are already in motion for this intense one-week construction project that will result in putting this worthy family into the dream home of a lifetime.

They have high ratings due to their ethical practices with donation money.

How come Red Cross is only pledging $1 million dollars to Haiti when they’ve collected OVER $3 million these past few days? Really WHY?
They do this all the time. Even though you *think* you are donating to Haiti, you’re REALLY helping
their general fund. It’s *legal* but it is wrong!
It’s a shame. But it has happened MORE than once.
